According to Jabatan Alam Sekitar (JAS), the public is encouraged to reuse or recycle IT items whenever possible. Only units that are completely faulty or beyond repair should be sent for destruction or disposal. At A Green Tips Trading, we purchase faulty or used IT items, refurbish or repair them, and sell them at affordable prices to our customers.
Older model laptops and PC sets still hold market value in developing countries such as Indonesia, Laos, Vietnam, and several others. Because of this demand, we are able to offer higher purchase prices for your used IT equipment. For items that truly need to be disposed of, we work with licensed recycling companies that hold the SW110 (e-Waste) license from Jabatan Alam Sekitar.
All scrap and non-repairable items will be handed over to them for proper and compliant disposal. We will also issue a Disposal Certificate, detailing the number of units or kilograms that were refurbished and those that were disposed of, ensuring full transparency and safe handling of your items.
We kindly request that reusable items are not discarded unnecessarily. By refurbishing suitable equipment, we help reduce-waste while also enabling others to access affordable IT devices. We also assured that all data storage devices (HDD & SSD) will be securely wiped or physically destroyed, ensuring complete data protection.
